[두바이=AP/KNS뉴스통신] 아랍 에미리트 연방 국영 통신은 한국의 두 기업이 아부다비 국영석유회사와 걸프만내 미개발 유전지대 3지역의 원유개발 협정서에 조인했다고 발표했다.
5일 한국석유공사와 GS에너지는 이 원유개발 프로젝트의 지분 40%를 공동으로 보유하고 아부다비 국영석유회사가 나머지 지분을 갖는 것으로 보도됐으나 자세한 투자 조건에 대해서는 알려지지 않았다.
이 계약은 30년 동안 유전의 탐사, 개발, 원유생산을 할 수 있는 효력을 갖게 된다.

South Korea wins rights to explore UAE oil fields
DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) — The United Arab Emirates' state news agency says two South Korean companies have signed a deal with the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company to drill in three undeveloped oil fields in the Gulf nation.
Korea National Oil Corporation and GS Energy will share a combined 40 percent stake in the project announced Monday by state news agency WAM. ADNOC will retain a majority stake in the fields.
Financial terms weren't disclosed by WAM.
The agreement is valid for 30 years, and covers exploration, development and oil production of the fields
