SYDNEY, Oct. 24 (Xinhua) -- Protesters will not be allowed to set up camp in Perth in Western Australia (WA) during the Commonwealth leaders' meeting and will be removed from spots, the State Premier Colin Barnett said on Monday. "If they're just sitting there quietly with a couple of banners, that's OK," he said.
