[베이징=신화통신/KNS뉴스통신] 프랑스의 알랭 쥐페 유럽 및 외무부장관은 13일(현지시각) 프랑스는 곧 프랑스 전국 모든 핵발전소에 전수검사를 할 것이라고 베이징에서 말했다.
쥐페 장관에 의하면, 핵설치의 안전수준을 최대로 보장하기 위해 프랑스 정부는 IAEA(국제원자력기구)와 협력할 예정이라고 한다.
프랑스 정부는 일본 후쿠시마에서 핵사고 발생 이후에도 핵 프로그램을 지속하기로 이미 결정했다고 쥐페장관은 지적했다.
현재 핵발전소들은 프랑스 전체 전력 소요의 80%를 발전하고 있다. 프랑스 남부에서 발생한 핵사고에 관하여 쥐페장관은 가장 최근의 조사소식을 아직 받지 못했으며, 프랑스 당국은 곧 최고의 투명성을 가지고 이 조사결과를 발표할 것이라고 말했다.
IAEA의 유키야 아마노 이사장은 12일 "IAEA가 프랑스 당국에 좀 더 많은 정보를 요청했다"며 "핵 안전을 확실히 할 것"이라고 강조했다. 이날 프랑스의 마르꾸르 핵 폐기물처리소에 한 차례의 폭발이 있었고, 이 사고로 한 명이 사망하고 4명이 부상을 당했다.

BEIJING, Sept. 13 (Xinhua) -- Alain Juppe, the French Minister of Foreign and European Affairs and State Minister, said on Tuesday in Beijing that France would soon conduct a nationwide examination on each of its nuclear power plants.
The French government will also cooperate with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to raise the maximum security level of its nuclear installations, according to Juppe.
The French government had already decided to continue its nuclear programs after the Fukushima nuclear accident in Japan, said Juppe.
Currently, nuclear power plants generate about 80 percent of France's total electricity. Concerning the nuclear accident in the south of France, Juppe said he hadn't got the latest news of the investIgation,
but French authorities would announce the results of investigation with the utmost transparency.International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) head Yukiya Amano said on Monday that the IAEA had sent a request to French authorities for more information and underlined the need to address nuclear safety.
An explosion hit France's Marcoule nuclear site on Monday, one person was killed and four injured in the accident. The country's energy ministry said there was no danger of a radiation leak.
