[로스앤젤레스=신화통신/KNS뉴스통신] 캘리포니아 한 고등학교의 3,000여명 이상 되는 학생들이 대피하는 소동이 벌어졌다. 7일 아침 당국이 교정에 있을지 모를 폭발물을 수색하기 위해 대피했다.
센클레멘트 고등학교 학생들은 주일 첫날수업인 오전 9시경 (1600 GMT)교실에서 나가라는 지시를 받았다. 모든 학생들은 폭발물 수색작업이 계속 중이라 오후 1시까지 자유롭게 보냈다.
학교의 180여명 직원들도 마찬가지로 대피했다. 오렌지 카운티 보안관청에서 교실 하나하나를 수색하면서 학교에 폭발물이 장치되었다는 위협 문서에 관한 정보를 찾기 시작했다.
현지 경찰은 위협 문서는 실종된 한 해군위생병의 개인 소지품가운데 발견되었는데, 그의 신원은 22세의 다니엘 모르간이다.모르간에 대한 더 이상의 정보나, 또는 범행동기 같은 세부사항은 발견되지 않았다.

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 7 (Xinhua) -- More than 3,000 students in a Californian high school were evacuated Wednesday morning while authorities investigated a bomb threat on the campus. Students in San Clemente High School were told to leave classes around 9 a.m. local time (1600 GMT) on the first day of school.
All the student were released from school by 1 p.m. local time ( 2100 GMT), while searching for explosives was continuing. Some 180 staff of the school were also evacuated.
The Sheriff's Department of the Orange County began searching the campus room-by-room on receiving information about a written threat that explosives were placed in the school.
Local police said that the written threat was found in personal belongings of a missing Navy corpsman, who was identified as 22- year-old Daniel Morgan.
No further information is available for Morgan and other details, such as the motive, for the time being.
