[뉴델리=신화통신/KNS뉴스통신] 인도의 정보기관들은 델리고등법원 밖에서 지난 7일 터진 폭발사고의 책임 이 있다고 주장하는‘하르카트-울 지하드 알-이슬라미’라는 과격단체의 이메일을 인도령 카슈미르로 추적했다고 8일 관계자들이 말했다.
이번 폭발로 76명이 인도 수도 중심부의 델리 고등법원에서 부상을 당한 가운데 있으며, 약 12명이 사망했는데, 그중 1명은 당일 아침 병원에서 숨졌으며 알카에다와 연계된 ‘하르카트 울 지하드 알이스라미 (HUJI)’라는 명칭의 테러단체는 인도, 파키스탄, 방글라데시 등에서 공격을 자행했다는 혐의가 있는데, 자신들이 이 번 델리 고등법원에서의 폭발사고의 전적인 책임이 있다고 주장하는 이메일을 보내온 것이다.
이 단체의 이메일은 카슈미르에 있는 키쉬트와로가 발신인으로 되어있는데, 그 사이버 카페 주인이 현재 조사를 받고있다. 우리들은 폭발사고 현장에서 얼룩이 진 현대10 혹은 산트로 승용차에 주의하고 있다고 그 관계자는 말하면서, 그 이메일 신빙성을 현재 추적중이라고 덧붙였다.
이 단체(HUJI)의 지도자인 일리야스 카슈미리는 6월에 북서부 파키스탄에서 미국이 원격조정한 스트라이크 과정에서 살해되었다고 보도됐다.
이메일에서 아프잘 구루가 10년전 인도의회에 대한 공격행위로 인해 사형언도를 받았는데, 처형되어서는 안된다고 요구했다. 구루는 최고재판소에 의해 사형이 확정된 바 있다.

NEW DELHI, Sept. 8 (Xinhua) -- Indian security agencies have tracked an email by radical group Harkat-ul Jihad al-Islami, which claimed responsibility of the explosion outside Delhi High Court Wednesday, to Indian-controlled Kashmir, sources said Thursday.
Some 12 people have been killed in the blast, including one who succumbed to his injuries in hospital this morning, while 76 others sustained injuries at the Delhi High Court in the central part of the Indian capital.
Harkat-ul Jihad al-Islami (HUJI) -- a terrorist group with links to al-Qaida and accused of carrying out attacks in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh -- sent an email claiming full responsibility of the blast.
"The HUJI email has been traced to Kishtwar in Kashmir and the owner of the cyber cafe is being questioned. We are also on the lookout for a Hyundai i10 or a Santro car which was spotted near the blast site," the sources said, adding the authenticity of the email was being verified.
The leader of Huji, Ilyas Kashmiri, was reportedly killed in a U.S. drone strike in north-western Pakistan in June.
The email demands that Afzal Guru sentenced to death for his role in an attack on the Indian parliament 10 years ago should not be hanged. Guru has been given death penalty by Supreme Court.
