At this time, there is a company which successfully achieved to get mobile phone frame molding experiments by melting materials for which super ultra duralumin (A7075), which has the highest strength of an aluminum alloy. was used as a material, after creating a high vacuum environment(0.007torr), and then, rapid composite forging. The company is called NTT Co.,Ltd. located in Gangseo-gu, Busan, South Korea.

Currently, the company is making every efforts to manufacture commercialized machines to produce aluminum wheels and brake calipers for cars by further developed metal molding technology.
Production of products using super-ultra duralumin alloy is usually made by cutting the materials into appropriate chunks and cutting them into CNC machines, so a lot of materials are wasted and it takes a considerable amount of machine cutting time and consequently product is sold at a very high price.
However, NTT’s patented technology is a high-level molding device and method that goes beyond common sense, and is a high vacuum melting composite forging technology that can produce high quality products with eco-friendly minimum defect rate at a relatively low price.
The high vacuum melting composite forging technology of patented technology of NTT Co.,Ltd. is a high level metal molding technology that combines the existing high vacuum mold technology, high vacuum melting technology and the metal composite forging technology that was patented in Korea last month.
In addition, the domestic patented technology includes forging technology that was utilized by putting pressurizing blocks, which significantly lowers the height of the machine, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the forging machine and reducing the production cost of the molded products, as the forging process is reduced.
At one time, there was an exchange of opinions with representatives of the three domestic leading companies to cooperate with domestic conglomerates due to the large scale of the patented technology of NTT Co., Ltd., but it was eventually canceled due to their different opinions. And, Foxconn of Taiwan, Apple's outsourcing company, expressed its intention to purchase NTT technology while searching for a large overseas company, but canceled due to disagreement.
The marketability of patented technology of NTT Co.,Ltd. is in manufacturing and supplying various parts to each industry,
such as automobiles, space/aircraft,
