[KNS뉴스통신=김은정 기자] 지난 2일 오후 음악과 예술에 오랜 역사가 있는 러시아 페름(Пермь,Perm)주의 볼쇼이 필하모니(Bol'shoy Zal Filarmonii) 콘서트홀에서 시민 음악회가 성황리에 개최됐다.
이번 시민음악회는 평소 ‘그라시아스합창단’을 사랑하는 러시아의 한 음악가가 그라시아스합창단이 러시아에 방문한다는 소식을 들은지 이틀 만에 준비된 기적에 가까운 음악회로 세계적인 그라시아스 음악을 페름 시민들의 문화향유를 위해 마련됐다.
한국의 그라시아스합창단이 진행한 페름 시민음악회는 그 인기를 가름하듯 순식간에 1,000석의 관람석이 페름 시민들로 가득 찼고, 많은 시민들이 자리가 없어 발길을 돌린 가운데 100여명이 추가 입장하는 진풍경이 연출될 만큼 큰 호흥을 받았다.
페름 시민음악회가 시작되자 음악에 흠뻑 빠져 평안해 하며 진심을 담은 박수를 보내는 관람객들이 대부분이었고 앵콜곡으로 러시아의 유명곡 KOHb(horse, 러시아의 아름다움을 이야기하며 러시아를 사랑한다는 내용)의 첫 음이 시작 될 때는 탄성을 터치며 감격해 했으며 공연 후 밝고 행복한 표정으로 '스파시바(감사합니다)'를 연거푸 외쳤다.
특히 그라시아스합창단의 설립자 박옥수는 목사는 피날레 무대에 올라 "우리를 아는 사람이 한명도 없는 이곳 페름에서 수많은 시민들이 그라시아스합창단의 음악을 사랑해 줘서 감격스럽다"고 인사했다.
이어 박 목사는 "여러분 웃음을 보니 오늘밤 너무 행복합니다. 공연을 못할 조건이 많았지만 이렇게 많은 시민들이 와주셔서 정말 감사하고 제가 만나 예수님을 여러분도 만나 아름다운 삶을 사시길 바란다"고 말했다.
러시아의 도시 페름(Пермь,Perm)은 페름 주(州)의 주도로, 수도 모스크바에서 동쪽으로 1,424km 떨어져 있으며 인구 130만으로 러시아에서 4번째로 발전된 경제도시이고 철도교통의 요충지다.
The miraculous “Citizen’s Concert” opened by the Gracias Choir in Russia
“ It is a miracle to be able to here these music and words here in Perm”
On the 2nd, the Citizen’s Concert was successfully held in the Bol'shoy Zal Filarmonii Concert hall in Perm, Russia, which is known to have a long history of music and art.
This concert was organised in only two days after one Russian musician, who happens to be a fan of the Gracias Choir, heard that the Choir would be visiting Russia. With only two days to prepare, the concert was miraculously organised and was shown to the citizen of Perm.
Through this concert, the popularity of the Gracias Choir was shown. It only took a few moments for the 1000 seat concert hall to be completely filled and left many to return as there were no empty seats left even though 100 more seats were additionally provided.
Throughout the concert, the audience was mesmerised by the music and gave a heartfelt round of applause to show their appreciation. For the encore stage, KOHb (horse, a Russian folk song which shows the love for Russia an its beauty), the audience were thrilled from the first note and even after the concert, continued to show their appreciation by repeated saying “ Спасибо” (Spasibo – thank you in Russian) in delight.
Furthermore, at the finale, the founder of the Gracias Concert, Pastor Ock Soo Park said, “ I am truly touched by the love shown to the Gracias Choir’s music by the people of Perm here, in a place where we are unknown.”
He continued with, “I am very happy to see all of your smiling faces. Although our circumstances stated that we were not able to hold this concert, we were able to and so I am thankful. I hope that you all can meet the Jesus I met and live a beautiful life.”
The Russian city Perm, (Пермь) is the administrative centre of Perm Krai (Пе́рмский край) and is located 1,424 km east of Moscow. With a population of 1.3 million, it is the 4th largest economy in Russia and is contains the important railway junction.
